        Just come out the Bus M33, really disappointed to see boys they are students of Sybil Andrews vaping inside the bus. Is that allowed?

        Waiting for the m33 bus at 10o clock to go up to moreton hall to pick a parcel up . Thought ok this will be nice . How wrong was I . Driver pulls in at bus stop at Tesco express I get ready to get in the bus he drives off . Another man sitting outside couldnt believe what he just done either and said he didnt even stop . I then try to go and pick it up from the bus station hoping Ill catch it up . No chance . When I rang to mention this . I had a man ring me back saying 5 people got on there . Which they didnt and was a lie . When I said no one got on he said Iive checked cctv . Dont what cctv he was looking at . But no one got in . This isnt the kind of service I expect from mulleys as usually ready good . No offence but the man I spoke to needs training in customer service and how to check cctv properly.
