I had a terrible experience at a different dealership of Kia, as I was looking to test drive a vehicle for company car purposes. The particular salesman was not interested and was rude about that because it was a company car and he saw little financial reward in helping me out. Monica at Donalds Ipswich was the polar opposite. Happy to help. No pressure applied. More than willing to talk to me about everything. As it is, I have gone for a different manufacturer, but the experience would left me confident that if needed in future, that they would be more than capable and willing to assist if I decided to buy a Kia. I got my car serviced and motd at the bury st edmunds Donalds Kia March 2023. Blake who greeted me at the service was absolutely excellent from start to finish he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the service he gave was absolutely brilliant. Blake went out of his way to get me home while my car was being worked on and even came and collected me again, he also moved my car so I didnt have to step in a puddle to get into it. What a star. Blake your an absolute credit to your company Thank you so much for everything you done for me. Im a repeat customer and I would never go anywhere else best service Iv ever received at a car dealers. Best car dealer out there, I would recommend to anyone and everyone they are just the best nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Donalds!

Worst company or sales man I've ever seen. I was going to buy a car with finance,I said especially on the phone, I will come and see the car on Sunday, can I buy it the same day they said yes They wanted a deposit of 100 to remove the car from the autotrader and they never removed. After 2 days they said that if you want to buy it on Sunday, you have to come and see the car on Saturday. i was understanding because finance company no work sunday even though they said no problem when i first asked. On Saturday we went to look at the car, water or antifreeze was flowing from the radiator. When I asked if there was an accident related to the vehicle, they said we have no information. they said inspection passed and keep saying you don't have to buy it I couldnt test drive they say they gonna fix problem 4-5 days later they changed the radiator but during that time I found another car and when they found out i was looking at another car they scolded me for not telling them that, they said they paid a lot of money to fix car for mewhen i said i want my deposit back they say i need to go to dealership Scammers can take money without me being there, but they don't want to give it back I called 1-2 times saying I wanted to speak to the manager and they immediately said that they would return it, but it's been 2 weeks and they haven't..treat yourself for my health with this money sorry for my bad english I took car from Honda ipswich really happy
