I would AVOID this place for any repairs. I was quoted more than three times the going rate for a routine cam belt replacement, and told that I would have to sign a disclaimer to absolve them from responsibility if they wrecked my engine during the operation. That is sharp practice, I'd say. The engineer was quite snooty that my car (a very reliable vehicle) was 10 years old and the repairs would cost more than its worth. Needless to say, you have lost a customer with such an attitude. Wondering if I would have been spoken to like that if I'd been a male customer...
