Great service from Krazy Horse. I bought a kit car from them (Caterham 7) and they have been unbelievably helpful from the moment I contacted them with an enquiry, throughout the build process and helping with getting the necessary final testing and approvals in place. As a consequence of their very thorough checking and preparation of the finished car, I was able to sail through the Individual Vehicle Assessment and am now looking forward to a glorious summer of scenic drives around the UK and beyond. My encounter with Krazy Horse has been outstanding. I would like to specifically commend Louie - when our immobiliser malfunctioned at a nearby garage, Louie arrived within 10 minutes and assisted in pushing the car back to the dealership. Both Louie and Nobby are prompt, courteous, and consistently ready to help. Highly recommended.

Dan and the team are brilliant. Bought a fabulous Plus Four and a 3 Wheeler. Customer service from initial meeting, test drive, delivery and post sale service could not be faulted.

Everyone at Krazy Horse Bury St Edmunds are extremely pleasant and helpful- I cant recommend them highly enough - hats off though to Dan Whiting who is the Morgan specialist and one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet he gave me great advice from specking to ordering my plus six which was invaluable - nothing was too much trouble- great people great service and great cars. Ps Paul the owner any chance of opening a small satellite showroom in Colchester?

Over the last few decades, I've used many dealerships and service centres to look after my cars. However, the service from Krazy Horse is so far beyond everything else that it deserves its own category. Every member of staff I spoke with was warm, welcoming, polite and accommodating, but more importantly, oozing with enthusiasm. When you sense enthusiasts are looking after your car, it makes the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. Hell, I was even smiling when paying the bill. It was my first visit to Krazy Horse, but it won't be my last. If you've never visited, you're missing out. Krazy Horse should be the holotype for good service, and if other dealers and service centres had half the engagement and enthusiasm, the world would be a better place.
