Absolutely fantastic service at Drive Bury, Amber, Steven, Craig and the team were fantastic. Serviced the car and were very good at keeping me up to date the text message with a health check and video was great and they identified an issue with my exhaust system booked back in for a week later all repaired car lovely and cleaned greatly. Cannot fault them at all a credit to the franchise

First time going to a car dealership. Me and my partner picked a grandland ultimate in blue dealing with Andy the motorbility specialist. We was given a delivery day of August 2021. There was no communication unless I contacted him in which there policy states there should be communication with the customer every 2 weeks. We then went over to a lady called Caroline who rang us every 2 weeks even if was to say still no updates. Bare in mind we ordered this car on 29th march 2021. Each phone call we would be told you can always cancel your order and go elsewhere. It felt like thats what they wanted us to do. After waiting just over a year for our car we decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere and well within 3 WEEKS of placing the order we are now driving around in a BEAUTIFUL Kia stonic. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND ADVICE AGAINST ANYONE DOING SO!
