        Salesmen took incorrect measurements which resulted in the cabinets supplied not fitting. Much of the order was missing, every single day of the fit I was having to ring Benchmarx after we discovered yet another item missing. To add insult to injury I was overcharged thousands, even being charged for an appliance I'd purchased from another retailer. I only realised this after comparing the list of paid for components against the delivery notes. The salesman, (Scott?) was reluctant to furnish me with the components list to check off, I wonder why? [hmm] The finished kitchen I am pleased with, but the customer service was appalling.
