Came in yesterday for an appointment and the bridal consultant (sorry I dont remember her name) was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I now have the perfect dress thanks to her! Beautiful selection of dresses and accessories all at a reasonable price too. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much x

Claire was absolutely amazing! She was patient, caring and puts you at ease! Nothing was too much trouble. She really understood what I was looking for and spoke with the seamstress regarding alterations to ensure I would be happy. I really cant thank her enough. The store is welcoming and offers a professional service !! I would definitely recommend House of Snow!! Thank you ! X

Before our appointment I already felt very encouraged we would get great service with how lovely Claire was on the telephone. In person she was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Unfortunately we were rushed for time but Claire was so efficient it was still a very positive experience. Claire asked what we wanted and then offered dresses to try on that matched that criteria, she also offered some to compare that were contrasting so we could be sure in our minds that we had the right dress. Can't wait to order the dress for our daughter wedding. Thank you Claire for making this such a great start to one of the most incredible days of our lives.
