We've no experience of this company, other than Lancaster MINI in Bury St Edmunds, so this review only relates to that site. Having had a less than ideal experience with a more local MINI dealer, we went to Lancaster MINI three years ago to buy a new MINI Clubman. Since then the new car's been serviced there three times, and it's well worth the 50 minute trip involved. At the last service, the battery in one of the remotes failed, and they even replaced it themselves. Since then we've decided to buy a new Clubman rather than get some damage repaired, and, again, the service was excellent. We were told when we bought the first Clubman from them, that the Bury St Edmunds site had originally been a family firm, and a lot of that ethos is still present there. The only reason we won't be using them in the future is that we'll be moving nearly 200 miles away.
