Halfords - Bury St Edmunds

Needed new speakers fitted in my car as I'd blown two (oops!) Popped in one Saturday, initially had to ask for someone that knew what they were talking about as the young lads I first spoke to told me I'd have to take the speakers out myself in order for them to assit me!!! Thankfully I was put onto to Fabio who is brilliant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't totally happy with the speakers initially but he rectified it and now I couldn't be happier. I'm enjoying my car more now because of him. The best customer service I've ever received - thank you so much.

Went in to purchase carrera vengeance e bike. Spoke to a guy working on bikes for him to basically shut me down saying they aren't made in my size, when a friend I know owns one which was purchased from halfords and is same size and has no issues at all. No matter what I said it was disagreed with. Disappointing experience which has lost you the sale of a 1099 bike

Went to buy a helmet for grandson. There wasn't much to choose from for his age range/head size. I was a bit surprised that child's head wasn't measured just pick one up and try. Didn't have one to fit him
