I have used high end hearing aids for more than 18 years, all supplied by different audiologists over time. After relocating to Bury St Edmunds they were all too far away to use so when I recently encountered a problem (hearing aid dome stuck in ear canal) I asked Josh if he could help. Although I was not one of his clients he fitted me in and dealt with the issue instantly. A few weeks later he took me on as a client, arranging a service of my 5 year old existing Oticon aids before their warranty expired. While my aids were away for service he loaned me the latest equivalent of my aids - Oticon OPN Mores. What a revelation! Brilliant feedback control, multiple programs plus a built in loop receiver and rechargeable batteries. On return of my serviced aids I asked Josh to fit me with the same type of aids as he had loaned. I am used to audiologists and my previous ones were good. Josh was even better and took the time over three appointments to program the new aids to provide an excellent match to my hearing loss, including setting them up with different programs for different environments. I have no hesitation some weeks later in recommending Josh to anyone with hearing loss, with or without aids, who is looking for a competent audiologist to improve the situation. The Oticon OPN More aids are brilliant but Josh will work with different manufacturers and types as appropriate.

Excellent service and treatment. I had micro-suction to remove ear wax, which was done quickly and without any discomfort. A follow-up appointment for a hearing test, which was very comprehensive and led to a diagnosis. I would strongly recommend the practice.
