        Richard was extremely quick to respond and identified the source of the issue with our dishwasher - he gave an honest assessment that this one wasnt worth repairing and better to buy a new one (even though in reality for him personally Im sure it would have been better if we paid for him to try to fix it!). He helped remove the old dishwasher so we could clear up the flooded water beneath. A very lovely guy, who provides a great and reasonably priced service. Thank you! Service: Dishwasher repair

        Simple repair that then led to 5x more issues that required another (more reputable) service engineering company to come and fix. Total cost for repair (due to Richard Phillips initial work) 200. Lots of promises to pay back but nothing ever happened. DO NOT USE THIS MAN
