A big thank you to the staff at the Bury office for their help with preparing and presenting the Charity Commission report and figures for Rougham Sports Hall. Being the first time that we were obliged to present a certified report, this was new ground for us. Neil Sandry was his usual very helpful self, but special mention for Alex Clark, for his advice and detailed guidance. Well done KLA

I do the accounts up to management level for Coastline Graphics and have always been a complete fan of Sage. I was asked by my Company to move over to Xero and was extremely hesitant however, I needed not be. I was very much helped through all the stages of the software and even now, Knights Lowe are brilliant with any queries I have. I must give a shout out to Amber Butler (my contact for accounting queries throughout the year) and Alex Clarke (my contact for Xero) who are very accommodating.
