Im so happy that I made a wise decision of sending my child to such a good nursery. My little is enjoying so much. Dumers lane staff and management is really good. They pushed my child toward right direction, handled with love and care and professionally helped him in every aspect. My little one got a lot of confidence, he is eating a lot better. His speech is improved a lot. Im very very grateful to all team. I wish them all the best. This nursery is outstanding for a reason and Im so happy my little one is part of such a good place. Thanking you

Awful absolutely awful nursery. Your outstanding rating means absolutely nothing when all your staff are incompetent and bullies. My child was only at your nursery a few days and you managed to purposely harm my child. You also had no explanation why and how it happened. When this matter was reported to you instead of investigating, you focused all your energy to make the parent assume that the incident was pretty much non existent and to squash it all. From ground staff to your MD all are pathetic women championing their nursery and how great their staff are. Well i tell you what, your nursery is awful, there is nothing elite there that you offer that you cant get elsewhere. To all parents, your child will not be safe here. If anything happens to them the team at the nursery will have each others backs and will defend each other. I have never met such awful people ever before, and to think vulnerable children actually go here makes me extremely worried. This nursery has safeguarding issues which needs investigating properly.

There is a reason this nursery is classed as Outstanding by Ofsted. Everything from the facilities to the staff, to the communication is phenomenal. My toddler is currently attending preschool and has been with the nursery for over a year. They have encouraged her to toilet train, become an independent adventurous eater and aided her in becoming her own little person even with her quirky personality traits! I am that impressed by this nursery after my second child I have returned to work early. Knowing she will be more than looked after! I genuinely couldnt recommend this nursery anymore from the management team including Shouna and Laura, to Shelley and Nicole in toddlers and Toni, Kelsey, Una, Poonam and Jade in preschool. Devon, Kaitlin, Stacey and Lauren in the baby room are also incredible. My little girl attends an early drop off and Kaitlin and Nicole are just wonderful! There are too many staff to mention on one review! Thank you Mulberry for making what is a really hard situation leaving your child to be able to work a carefree and pleasant experience!

This nursery takes a very elitist, conceited view of itself. Described us as not being a 'Mulberry Bush Family' which retrospectively we aren't. We are normal working class people who gave Mulberry Bush a chance, choosing to ignore their 'elitist' reputation. To be clear we could afford the fees, which they readily took from us. However due to us being unable to stick our noses high enough in the air, we were told we didn't fit in. After a tricky situation, when I said I was going to complain - they actually got their legal department involved!!! Sadly for them we live in a country where we can freely express views which I am doing now. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mulberry Bush as my son is flourishing and doing wonderfully. To prove how bad this nursery made my son feel, for months afterwards when we drove past the building and the lights turn to red, he would cry and beg not to go in. He was there 4 days. I don't think there is anything further I can add to that as it speaks volumes. Words of advice AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! You DO NOT put your hands on children! EVER!
