Ordered the item 10th March. 2 weeks later I was still waiting for the delivery so I emailed to enquire and I stated I needed it before the 7th April. Long story short... I never received the item despite messaging multiple times and being told it has been posted.
Came back from holiday. Still no delivery...
I was offered to pick anything from the shop. I refused and asked for a refund.
I continuously asked for my refund and I was told it would be processed over and over

October I was told she was completing orders that were urgent which was fine as mine wasnt.
January I was told it would be dispatched within 2 weeks.
Mid Feb I asked again, I was told it was marked with a matter of urgency.
3rd March - she said she would check when she was back into the office.
14th March - i resulted to whatsapping. I asked for a refund as after ordering 6 months ago I felt Id waited way more than I should of!!! She replied with she was away and would check soon as shes back, she was apologetic and would send a free gift with my item.
22nd March - Cat assured me it had been posted along with free personalised item.
1st April I texted to say item hadnt arrived could she check tracking please?
4th April I texted again to asked for tracking.
6th April Ive texted again but I still havent received my items and its been 7 months!!!!
This really isnt fair, Cat is great to get back to you but with 52648 excuses, I either want my product or a refund as the time scale is absolutely ridiculous!!!
I wont be recommending this company for anything, Im so disappointed.
