        I broke down on the A14 and had an absolute nightmare with my breakdown company (2 Together Insurance, so bad!) who said we werent covered and quoted an exorbitant amount to recover my car. At that point I found Manchetts - Paul answered my call and immediately put me at ease, I was feeling stressed after my difficult call with the breakdown company and he calmly explained that hed get the car recovered, organise a courtesy car - so I could continue my journey - and theyd sort the repair. That call genuinely saved my weekend and I cant thank Paul enough for his wonderful service. Manchetts were brilliant from start to finish, excellent value, brilliant service and they come very, very highly recommend from me. Thank you to the whole team.
