Absolutely dreadful! Two people carriers booked to take a group of twelve hens from Newmarket to Cambridge but despite having email confirmation they did not turn up. They said their computer system had been changed and we were basically out of luck as they only had two people working (on a busy racing Saturday in July). Absolutely do not recommend.

Two eight seater taxis booked for some weeks to transport a hen party from Newmarket to Cambridge. When no one turned up, the bride to be rang to ask what was happening and was told "you're not on our system", despite the fact she has a confirmation email. No apology, no effort to try and fix the situation. Poor show Wag, not impressed!
