Fairfield Surgery

Very poor people skills from a young doctor. Who proceeded to Google my child's mumps, and offered very little advice after diagnosing him other than to say "not much I can do". There may not always be an obvious remedy, but an explanation and suggested approach would be prudent at this point. I don't need someone to quote Google to me.. To compound this impression, my father has been suffering a serious infection that has crippled him to the point of needing to be hospitalised. Despite repeated phone calls to the surgery and requests to speed up the need for more to be done, it has left him in a worse state than appears was necessary. I have no faith in this surgery anymore. Despite the many years this doctor studied to become a doctor, he has not applied basic manners and courtesy. Communication and a polite attitude go a long way to offering comfort to those who most need it. Seeking an alternative surgery.

Thank you to all the staff. They've really helped me out getting the medication I needed for my daughter. Extra thanks to the dispensary staff for going above and beyond.

Absolutely shocking! I called 111 yesterday as in alot of pain, promised a call back within 2 hours, 5 hours later still nothing, 111 called them back stating it was an emergency and again was promised a call back, still nothing! Don't bother going here, absolutely useless! *edit* 25 hours later and still nothing!!!

All the drs & staff are so kind & helpful going out of their way on many occasions to help. Every time I have telephoned for a drs telephone call l have got one & on 2 occasions recently have been seen by the dr at the surgery by midday Thankyou all very much
