House of Bespoke - Furniture Manufacturer

The worst customer service I have ever received. I have been reaching out to this company for months, having sent over 7 messages to be repeatedly ignored. I have followed their Instagram for a while and was wanting a bespoke reception desk made, prepared to pay up to 3000, but they have just completely ignored my custom. After 5 messages being read and ignored on instagram, I sent a complaint and finally got a response asking me to send my enquiry via WhatsApp, to which I did get a reply, but I was promised that I would receive a full quote and some options the following day which has not happened. This was 2 weeks ago. I have since sent 2 follow up messages asking for an update and have been ignored yet again. I have literally been begging this company for my custom, prepared to spend a large sum of money and they have just completely blanked me. They obviously do not value customer service. Its completely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend to anyone.

The service received was prompt, all the measurements were exact & I never had to chase for a quote! Huge thank you to Brittany & Kelly for making my dreams into a reality! Exceeded expectations and more! My heart was set on my nursery being created by none other than House Of Bespoke after seeing a gorgeous cloud mural created by the company online. Brittney is so talented, hard working and polite. I was more than happy to shoot off to work and leave her to transform my home. My daughters nursery looks absolutely incredible, I couldnt have created a nursery half as beautiful as house of bespoke. Forever grateful to H O B for making my dream nursery come to life

House of Bespoke just saved our Christmas. After ordering a sofa and being let down by another manufacturer who promised the earth and then couldn't deliver before Christmas I contacted House of Bespoke via Instagram and had a reply the same day and a phone call where I went through the sizes and fabric style that we wanted. I sent in a photo of what we needed as the sofa was not something we could walk into a shop and buy and was sent a quote the next day which was under what we had originally been quoted so we placed the order. Eight weeks later the sofa was delivered and we are so happy with the quality and workmanship and would highly recommend House of Bespoke. Service: Living room design
