I had a family friend staying,it was just fantastic. A real home from home and so well cared for.

This is a terrible, unorganised and short staffed carehome. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work there or send family members there. They underpay teenagers thinking we will not notice & get away with it. They go against the code & conduct such as- Health and social care act 2008(Regulated activities) regulations 2014: Regulation 11 Consent Health and social care act 2008(regulated activities) regulations 2014: Regulation 18 Staffing Health and social care act 2008(regulated activities) regulations 2014: Regulation 13 neglect Regulation 11- Service users can be forcefully put to bed or in there rooms and forcefully washed and showered when it is not in there best interest, but the staffs best interest instead. Regulation 18- Understaffed to the point where cleaners and cooks are delivering personal care and care to residents, new staff are not receiving correct training. Not enough staff on shifts to deliver correct care to residents. Regulation 13- Residents are being left in dirty beds, dirty pads and not receiving correct care, Residents wearing catheter bags are being left without bags and double padded instead with incontinence pads. Residents are being left in the same incontinence pads for hours at a time due to short staffing.
