I used this business to fix couple of my machines. It was all good as I went ahead with repairs. However after quoting the third machine I have decided it is not worth repairing but still wanted it back ( In the mean time I found out I could still send it back to the original seller for extended guarantee but had very limited time). Stephen would not return the machine back to me. I had to drag my young tired kids all the way to Christchurch from Blandford, search for his house in the dark winter day just to get back not complete machine. I tried to contact Mr Ford several times in order to get the missing foot back but he would either say hell order it or ignored me. He never got back to me with missing part. In the end Ive lost money and possibility of fixing the machine. It is a great shame as I was hoping to use his services for years having sewing business and lots of machines to fix or service on regular basis. Very disappointed!!
