Hotpod Yoga Burton

Fantastic that I am able to join online as I don't have a Hotpod studio where I live! I crank the heating up in my spare room and get on my mat via zoom! I have followed both Gilly and Miki's sessions and can recommend both :-) I am a beginner to Hotpod yoga, it isn't easy and I have a long way to go with the poses but they make it accessible for everyone, and it includes some much needed relaxation and mindfulness. Thanks for the chance to participate during these uncertain times.

Hidden gem of Burton. Beautiful building, perfect calm setting and the teacher was brilliant, calm, gentle and with a nice touch of wit. The class was the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing, Fell in love with yoga here.

Recently taken out a membership after making the most of the introductory offer. Having tried every class and instructor I can honestly say I am hooked! Im no yoga expert but the classes are suitable for everyone, with the instructors being super supportive but also able to challenge those more experienced at the same time. Each class and instructor brings a different feel, meaning that my 3 times a week can feel very different every time and therefore as someone with a short attention span Im unlikely to get bored! The pod itself brings another level of relaxation and a feeling of escape that Ive never experienced at a regular class. I can not recommend highly enough.
