Friendly service for sure. A little more expensive than Tippers but able to deliver more promptly. But the wood I ordered was cut really poorly. The fence posts werent square but seemed to be planed down one corner. Unfortunately we had to use them as we had the day arranged but it will be problematic when we come to replace them because of the irregular shape of our holes - a consequence of the shape of the posts. The timber was supposed to be cut to 2400 but there was a lot of variation in the actual sizes; from 2366 to 2404 making the job tricker than it needed to be.

Cheaper than the well known wood suppliers. Great quality rough sawn timber, great customer service. You can't ask for more. No order too small.

This is based on the rude response I got off one of the employees who was very course in the way he spoke to me. The fact you work with tradesman and the public you would think your people skills would be a friendly approach/response. Ive used midlands timber every time over the years and the service is usually great but after the way the guy spoke to me Ill take my business else where.
