To all who reads this: HGV drivers are face of the company. It doesn't matter how sweet and nice management in reception area are, majority of people find your company from workers they spot in daily life Do you remember famous footage when HGV driver was "changing song" on his phone and he didn't notice stand still traffic on double carriage way? He killed entire family. Today I spotted your driver doing 40mph on motorway, flat road. Something is wrong... Then he struggled to keep in lane, driving from hard shoulder towards middle lane, like a snake. Obviously he was interested during driving an artic EVERYTHING but driving. While overtaking this "King of the British roads" I spotted he was literally writing message on his phone. Left hand on steering wheel, right hand writing, eyes and head on phone. Disgusting behavior and it has to be highlighted for everyone who wants to take any service using this company. They need to first focus about public safety then start doing any business. Next time, this family could be yours!
