Don't purchase a car from this place! Dishonest staff. Have cars stored in dark environment where you can't see any damage, said they would sort the scratches on my bmw 1 series before taking the non refundable deposit but when I went to collect the scratches were still there. They refused to sort it and lied that I didn't mention before paying the deposit. AVOID this place.

I was very impressed at first but buying a car at rdm was not as expected, yes i bought a car, yes they delivered it late,, the log book never arrived after 5 times i told them, now I've descoverd the mot certificate is missing!. There cars are good but there service is rubbish.

Was a good experience very professional service, it was made very quick and easy by Liam so I thank you for the that, didnt really like the wheels on the car being silver so they said they would powder coat them for FREE, very happy. Only problem was the tracking was way out so had to go and get that fixed straight way but besides that would definitely recommend. As customer service goes Liam is the person to go to !
