        An outstanding service from start to finish. Tom and Mitch are very down to earth, make you feel very welcome and are very knowledgeable.The selection of cars was impressive (nearly threw a spanner in the works which one i wanted to buy). Couldnt have done more to help. They have a brilliant approach to selling vehicles. Everything was seemless and the showroom was pristine. Couldnt recommend them high enough. Top notch service.         Dealt with Tom. We found the car online and due to distance (188 miles) we were unable to visit and test drive the car. We bought it from just seeing the video walk round. Tom was brilliant, answered every question honestly and made the whole process simple. We were kept informed about everything and we ended up collecting vehicle. Tom helpfully picked husband up from station. The car was exactly as described and we love it. Would 100% recommend this car sales company. The best car buying experience we have ever had.

        Purchased a car from castle prestige today. Tom is very professional, attentive and easy to talk to. Great selection of stock in their super clean showroom. A great buying experience and 10/10 on the cup of tea! Cheers guys

        Absolutely first class service. I just purchased an estate car for my father in law. When I arrived they had the car inside, I was given plenty of time to go round the vehicle. Tom walked me through the cars history and paperwork, there was no pressure at all. The vehicle was in great condition at a really good price, so I went ahead without any reservations. It gets better. We arranged for delivery to my in-laws, on the delivery day I was told the delivery firm had let Prestige down. Rather than accept a delay, Tom got in the car himself and hand-delivered it almost a hundred miles. You just don't get that service anywhere else. Faultless service and a great vehicle. I still be coming here first for any future purchases, and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
