I was reminded at least twice by Autowindscreens (e-mail, home phone leaving a message on the answerphone) the day before my visit that the appointment with you was 9am, also the message said it was a 'while you wait' job. I arrived in good time, 10 minutes beforehand so as not to be late, only to be met with "Oh, you are not booked in until 12.15., and the job would take an hour and a half. Very useful! What was I expected to do for the rest of the morning? The only good part was that one of your staff ran me into the middle of Burton, where I had jobs to do, then I walked back to the dealership for 12 noon, fortunately it was a sunny morning and not raining. Poor organisation by yourself and Autowindscreens.
