Not the worst place to get loaded but certainly not the best. Couple of the forkie lads are spot on, others are just miserable. Loading time needs to be quicker too. Can be sat here for couple hours at times waiting to even get seen.

The greeting you get when you arrive says it all 100% can not fault it . The guy at the front of operations always ensures a smooth pleasant experience from start to finish.easy to follow instructions always given with a smile and wicked sense of humour Marley quality products easy loading pleasant transactions Loaded on behalf of numerous customers many times Safety is paramount Loaders experienced Good clean yard to work in Then back to the office for paperwork and a final farewell Never encountered any problems always found a helpful attitude

No place for owner drivers to be loading, take so long ,as the two so called main yard guys sit and watch as trucks stand hours. While people play on phones in loading office.

Forklift drivers are decent lads, shame the two that i dealt with at the hatch regarding my delivery and reload seem to be misearble with zero people skills!!!! This is the burton on trent plant!!!!
