Difficult to get an appointment. When I did I felt really happy with the doctor who saw me. He listened and explained things clearly.

When Dr Jamison was my G.P no question this was a 5 star practice!! However, having been to see a G.P tonight, he asked 3 times if I had numbness or loss of sensation in my fingers?!?! I pondered, Well no, as its my foot and toes that hurt!! I even had an x-ray on the said foot about 4 weeks ago so can only hope he was looking at the correct patient / x-ray. Ultimately advised that despite all the problems Im having it would take about 3 months to get a referral (naturally he advised that paying privately would speed things up) and said if it gets any worse I should make another appointment to be seen. Given its taken me 4 weeks since the x-ray to get this appointment and that was the advice I got, Im considering starting to call first thing tmrw morning in the hope I can be seen before the end of 2023 (yes thats 2023) for the follow up deterioration appointment!

Awful, no one picks up the phone. When you do manage to get through on the rare occasion they only offer you a doctor call back, I've been waiting forever to see a doctor about my condition. Was told if it's that bad go to A and E. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolute joke. Rang up at exactly 8am, after 22 times of trying to get through on my mobile phone i decided to also use the landline to get through (2 phones on the go - it was getting ridiculous!), to be then put on hold for another 15 minutes only to be told "No appointments are available, ring back at 1pm" How on EARTH is there no appointments when I rang up at 8am and took 30 minutes to EVENTUALLY get through!! Hiding behind "covid" I'm guessing!
