Robin is extremely thorough and diligent with his work. Weve used him on a number of occasions and hes always got brilliant solutions to complex problems. Hiring a structural engineer is sometimes viewed as an additional cost to potentially avoid; however on more than one occasion now consulting Robin has saved us from potentially costly building work and given us the confidence to do certain jobs ourselves. I contacted Woodland Consulting regarding knocking down a dividing wall between the Kitchen and Dining room in my home to facilitate a kitchen refit and make one large living space. My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and effectively by both Susanna and Robin. We asked Woodland Consulting to undertake a structural survey of a property we were buying on the recommendation of our surveyor. From the first phone call with Robin to the delivery of the report, their communication was clear and efficient and their service friendly and reassuring.
