Changing rooms and pools are so grotty. The changing rooms stink of wee. I took my baby and couldnt go in the small warmer pool after being told it was open when I paid

Rude customer service on the phone. Very disappointed. Made my wife very upset. They don't take returns (which is understandable) but not handled well.

Not enjoyable, very wet and to be honest should of been closed. I have enjoyed playing there in the summer, that's the time to return!

It was great weekend! A lot of fun learning archery with really nice and helpful people.

Lovely walk to the Pavilion. Coffee and a catch up then a lovely walk back home.

Very poor management Tom illacks customer service skills and needs to work on his people skills
