Hard to contact the support service. Not suitable for a clinic with more than one practitioner- slow and old fashioned and cant cope with our large case load of patients. Software updates few and far between and we were not informed of recent software update but still being charged full price. No complaints procedure in place as a company. Avoid.

We've used Private Practice Software for many years. We use self-hosted, hosted, sync server and ppsexpress. We always received great service. I can't recommend them enough. Great software and support. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks team.

We have been using PPS stand-alone on our own server for many years in a very busy clinic. 2 years ago we went PPS hosted so that we could better comply with GDPR and make use of the email confirmations and appointment reminders, as well as not being responsible for the IT management, security and twice-daily backups. The full capability of this software is impressive! Yes, all companies can have issues with the services they provide online as previous comments indicate. However, I judge a company not by how things are when all is fine, but on how they handle things when a problem occurs. In this respect I can assure anyone considering using this product that they will be in very good hands. The support, when needed (often because a user problem and not the product) is exceptional in this day when good communications seems to be a thing of the past. Even during a major outage, Rushcliff ensured that eventually ALL our data was recovered - far beyond what we could have achieved internally under the same circumstances. I would add that any well run business will need to have a manual system already in place for continuity in the event of IT issues that impact even the largest and most critical organisations. This applies regardless of who provides your hosted services. Would we revert to our paper notes if permitted, NO! NO! NO! Buy in confidence and enjoy the ride.

I'm the director & senior clinician. They are a shambolic outfit - be warned. Issues: They don't back up data regularly enough; they don't appear to have basic disaster recovery servers; software is antiquated with little consideration for users; problems are left unresolved for too long. Their staff are great; but organisational, security, planning, execution: very poor. Their latest fiasco has left a lot of us venting on social media, we've lost money & this poor service jeapordises our professional & legal obligations to our patients.
