I dropped into get a spare key cut, very friendly customer service. While i was there i was given advice on getting a spare car key also. Really helpful.

I went in to get some engraving done after another timpson refused the job and said it cant be done, without even bothering to look. The young guy at this one took his time and made sure he could do the job I was asking. He was very professional and helpful and also helped me fix my shoes whilst I waited. He deserves a big shout out but I didnt get his name but thank you!

I came to this store last Saturday to have a key cut and some batteries for couple of watches, on 12/11/22 and was served by Carson - firstly - what an awesome member of the team there, the level of customer service and product knowledge was awesome - we had a little hiccup on one of the watches where we couldnt get the battery changed but not from a lack of trying, highly recommend this branch and this team member
