Took my Xbox console to the manager (Managers only permitted to do console servicing) who's name is James, sound guy. I asked him how much for my console to be cleaned internally as it was very dusty from previous owner, I got a straight to the point price and was told to bring it in which I did and he said it would be done by the end of the day so I can pick it up the morning after. I turned up and it was done no messing about, it was like new! I did have to bring it back as he left a connection loose for the eject button but he fixed it within half an hour. Very pleased and if they finish the trial and agree to carry on the console servicing and repairs I'll definitely be a future customer! Thank you!
