Lived on my estate for over 3 years now and other than cut a hedge a couple of times a year and poorly mow some grass i'm not sure what else they have done. The weeds on our estate are out of control and there is a broken tree that hasnt been replaced. Seems like they dont own a strimmer either. Not sure what our money pays for to be quite frank but they must make a killing off the people that live on the estate for the work that is done/not done

Fees continually rising and get nothing in the way of service. Most of our money seems to go on management fees. Have asked for dates of site visits and they are unable to provide them, probably because they have not been on site. Avoid at all cost , unfortunately we are already victims

Not even worthy of one star. Awful company I wouldnt recommend them even if they were the last property management company on earth. They quite frankly have shocking service & they constantly demand thousands for sub par management. They have put us through such emotional distress that I have actually had a panic attack at work. They take your money & provide the worst service. The only decent one seems to be Kerrie!

Really think they should be gritting and preforming snow/ice management as well generally only ever see them to cut the grass
