No1 Rooms

My experience with this agency has been shameful. I went to see a room and told them I liked it and to proceed with the reservation. Before reserving, I asked them how the process would be, and they told me that I met all the requirements and that I shouldn't worry. After completing everything they asked for, going through 3 people to do so, they told me that my guarantor had to own a house to be my guarantor. I told them that this couldn't be possible since I didn't know anyone who owned a house. They gave me an alternative of paying 6 months in advance, and I agreed. Since then, I have been waiting for a response for 3 weeks, and every time I call, they give me excuses. It has been a very bad experience. Updated: I had previously left a one-star review due to a poor experience with this agency, but I am now updating it to four stars. After speaking with the director, Robert, he took the time to listen to my concerns and offer a solution to the situation. I appreciate his effort to rectify the issue, and I have been refunded my deposit. While the initial experience was disappointing, I am grateful for the steps taken to resolve it. From all my years renting no1rooms all the staff are exceptional in what they do If any issues they are quick and efficient in dealing with them Very fair and reasonable staff Renting decent accommodation I will be happy to rent from them again if needs be in the future
