Alan Wright Showers

Alan put in a lovely shower 3 years ago but unfortunately the quality of the shower and materials were poor. Within a year the rollers on the doors broke. Alan replaced them but within a couple of months they broke again. Despite leaving messages Alan did not get back to me therefore I purchased new fittings off Amazon and fitted them myself. The sealant used to seal the base also whent black with mould and I had to replace that. The shower is now 3 years old but looks ten years old and is ready to be replaced. Alan is a very hard man to get hold off as the phone numbers on his website are his Mother's and not his and I'm not being rude but its difficult to explain to the lady what the problem is. I'm now having to replace the shower as once again the doors have fallen off again as rollers on doors have broken plus the lining on the walls have black mould in the joints. Plus Alan doesn't live at the address on his website so you can't get hold of him there as I tried.

He doesn't get back to you,I rang again, I was told he would ring me on Monday, he didn't so I rang again then I was told that he had gone to get the flu.i will not recommend him to anyone.
