        Food arrived cold and got tile it was my fault because he couldnt find my house! Rang to complain to get them to put the phone down on me mid conversation! Have always been a constant customer with them but will now re consider unfortunately

        I don't usually post reviews but I have been waiting nearly a whole week, if not more than a week for a refund on an order I made. They took over and hour to deliver food at early hours on the morning when I'm a 5 minute drive from them down the road. When the food came to me, it was ice cold, the ice cream was literal soup! Didn't eat any of it. Only thing worth saving was the sprite can! I have rang up everyday asking about my refund but they just keep saying "boss not here today" and then hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers.
