I made an error when placing a home delivery order, and sent an additional order separately. I received a call from Foodstop querying my order and explained that as it was for an order below the required amount it would be charged at a much higher amount, and did I still want to continue with the order,or cancel, and they would refund the amount charged. I checked my bank account and I had been charged by an excessive amount for the single item,so I requested to cancel and receive a refund. I received the original order along with the refund in cash. This was my error totally,and I cannot believe that a company contacted me to question the order,let alone offer a refund for my error. It was so refreshing to receive such a first class customer service. Well done Foodstop and thank you again.
