        Superb service. Diagnosis was quick and initial treatment eased severe pain. Advice received was excellent. Subsequent appointments have continued to build on the improvement and have enabled a faster than expected recovery. Highly recommend.

        When I first visited Simon, around 6 months ago, I couldn't walk without pain. I hobbled around with swollen feet, ankles, calves, you name it. Frequently resorted to using crutches and crawling upstairs. I had been getting steadily worse for 4 or 5 years and had made multiple trips to the GP, hospital, chiropodists, and other physios. The first exercises he gave me I completed on the upstairs landing so I could use the stairs to get on and off the floor! With Simon's patient help and explanations of what to do and why, I am now pretty much pain-free. Back to walking, cycling, and weight training. Confident that I know how to avoid getting into such a poor state of health again if I heed his advice. I am extremely grateful to have found someone who diagnosed and resolved the issues I had with balance and stability rather than just treating the symptoms.

        Simon took a detailed history on my initial app.He set me on course of detailed exercises which were thoroughly explained and shown, which I could easily do at home.My pain improved enormously after only a few sessions.His knowledge and professionalism is second to none.He gave me the confidence from the start that he could help me and that was so true.I couldn't recommend Simon enough so please don't suffer in pain get professional help at Vitalize.

        The experience and knowledge of his profession shown by Simon at Vitalize Physiotherapy during my recent appointments was just superb. After initially visiting due to an issue with my knee, Simon not only diagnosed the cause of the problem, but was able to help correct the immediate issue and offer solutions to prevent reoccurrance and aid my training performance. I felt completely at ease throughout each of my visits, and all Covid related precautions were taken and adhered to. I shall continue to visit Vitalise on a regular basis for continued physical check ups. I cannot recommend this service enough
