Its a disgrace the staff are unhelpful, instead of looking at alternatives and helping out they turn the customer into the problem, very poor customer service, didnt show any empathy or respect. I was with the chemist for more than 8 years, the new staff will lie about the delivery, will say they're on their way then fail to deliver and then will say items missing, cant seem to get it right. they had me driving from my fulwood GP to all they way to Newhall but refused to communicate with GP to rectify a simple query instead the arrogant pharmacist refuse to help out and when I stood my ground he started to patronise me. I wouldn't recommend this chemist its a shame after 8 years I shall be going to a more reliable pharmacy.

I had an appointment for the covid jab and just had to wait for a couple of minutes. The staff is very friendly and they have a good selection of health care products and you can get professional advice concerning your health.

This is usually a happy pharmacy but I feel its gone downhill since the more experienced staff have gone. I got used to seeing them regularly. Cant believe theyre not there, one particular staff member really had the personal touch and always asked after my parents. None of that now. The young girl wearing black, who served me the other day was SO MISERABLE and unfriendly. Why would they make redundant an experienced helpful pharmacy technician of years, and replace her with uncaring unfriendly staff. My daughter went in last week and the same girl just gave my daughter death stares and she felt really uncomfortable. All the nice friendly staff seem to be leaving over the years and theres no one to have a chat with anymore. I did get my flu vaccination from the pharmacist who has always been nice.
