After my fiance was charged 16.99 for some eyedrops I tried to call to query the price only to find they had taken the phone off the hook until they closed, really disappointed and will be attempting to contact them tomorrow to understand how they can be that expensive.

Extremely rude staff, the woman needs better training in customer service and to change her bad attitude towards paying customers.

Given the amount of staff they don't appear to be too efficient. Many times I've been to collect, told prescription not sent from GP then, when they take the time to look that appears not to be the case. Also, customer service skills not the best.

Rude staff. After being prescribed co-codomol by the doctor I went to the pharmacy to collect as its local, the woman who took my name asked me to repeat it 3 times as she didnt understand what I was saying, I then had to write it on a Scrap piece of paper along with my DOB and 1st line of my address to then get my prescription 10 mins later when they finally located it. I get NHS is stretched at the minute but a simple "it's going to be 10 mins sorry for the wait" would of been more appreciated. The lady who gave me prescription was rude and very abrupt. She then asked me if I was exempt...unsure I said "I do claim UC I don't know if that effects it" to get the response "yes your exempt then you do know this is available over the counter and is cheaper that way" This was bang out of order, I work full time over 40 hours some weeks, if the doctors had of told me to go and get some co-codomol over the counter when I was in A&E on Saturday I would of done, the prescription wasn't to get free products it was simply because the doctor had prescribed it to me. I was belittled and felt embarrassed by the fact that I claim UC. I think she needs a lesson in customer service and needs to have a lesson in compassion not everyone who is entitled to UC doesn't work.
