Worst experience about a personal matter. Assistant laughed about my request with her colleagues. When I decided I wasnt going to stay she came laughing down the aisles to find me. Please go to another Pharmacy, you can at least leave with your dignity intact.

Totally unfit to be a Pharmacy. Prescriptions sent over from brilliant GP at walk in. No pharmacist, total chaos. People turning up to collect prescriptions. Poor pharmacy assistant totally stressed. Left to somehow bless her hold the sinking ship. Having seen and read previous reviews. Lloyd's obviously don't care. Thankfully not my usual pharmacy. There are much better Pharmacies in Swad. Lloyd's in Sainsburys will be gone soon. So unless I'm wrong, nearest pharmacy for Sat/Sun is Tesco in Ashby?

Never anyone visible at the counter, have to shout for assistance, left waiting far too long for prescription fulfilment, staff have been seen drinking coffee and chatting in the partly screened off area

Absolute joke. Both myself and my wife had separate prescriptions sent to Lloyd's from gp. On both occasions waited 10 mins to then be told didn't have any of the meds in stock. No antibiotics at this time of year. Really! Dean and smedley had everything. Why does such a large pharmacy group never have any stock?
