Rang up last minute and managed to get my two Huskies in next day after a long weekend in the kennels. Both dogs really enjoyed the experience look and smell fantastic. We will definitely be taking them back again. We blow them out at home but it's nice to get them washed and dried easily with no messing about at home. Staff were very friendly.

Very disappointed they do not do what is asked of them. We told them to bath, brush and dry but not cut or shave, our beardie looks an absolute mess, her legs and face are hacked and so uneven. We are embarrassed to take her out because she looks such a mess. We will never go there again!

We had our toy poodle Toby groomed here. The groomers were so lovely and put us at ease, as we are always nervous leaving him with new people. He looked gorgeous when we came to collect him and he seemed super happy and relaxed, they even managed to get some lovely pictures of him even though he is incredibly hard to get pictures of . We felt as though he was really taken care off by the groomers. Will definitely be using again.

Took my whippets to have their first groom in god knows how long. The groomers did a fantastic job, really gentle with the elder whippet who is getting a bit stiff with age. Highly recommend!
