    I started training with Steve earlier this year as a complete newbie, no idea what I was doing or really how any of the equipment worked. Since starting sessions with Steve I honestly cant express how much my confidence has grown both inside the gym and out. Hes understanding, motivating and knows how to get the absolute best out of people even if they arent feeling that great on the day. He pushes people to find the best version of themselves, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Cant recommend Steve enough, extremely informative and can accommodate to any needs you may have, making each session completely individualised to you. Hes a great laugh and makes you feel comfortable and motivated to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Being on hand in and out of the gym is also a great bonus and very reassuring!     I would 100% Recommend Steve. My goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness. Steve gave me a meal plan, that could be adjusted to suite my lifestyle, he set out a fitness programme, and I have been meeting Steve outdoors for 40 min training sessions since January. I feel great and have lost over 12 kg between January to the start of April. Steve is a great motivator, and knows how to get the best out of you. Although during our sessions I have called him a few unsavoury names, the benefits of the training sessions far out way the physical Challenges Steve puts me through.
