Jason Hylton Court Nursing Home

I can't fault our experience of the Jason Hylton Court Nursing Home. The building is well designed, maintained and cleaned. The staff are lovely and caring, of residents and their families, professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!

The staff at Jason Hylton care home are fabulous. We moved our Dad to this home from another far inferior place. The welcome, handover and ongoing care of our Dad has been brilliant. The home is very well run and organised. But my main point of comment is to the staff who personify 'care'. Thanks to them Dads time has been the best it could be

On my visits to a family member, staff are very caring and sociable to visitors, but there seems to be very little interaction between residents and staff, like sitting chatting to them to encourage a conversation, thou there maybe little response, but some is better than none, perhaps the nursing home could contact outside agencies or voluntary services who could help with interaction and socializing.

I have given 5 stars- speak to all- they care so much and listen to family on my mums needs - all put in place - every staff member knows within 12 hours .
