Do not send your child here! Upon arriving to collect my one year old daughter, I walked up the street to see a member of staff trying to hand her over to the wrong parent! My daughter was distressed and the other lady was saying that isnt my child but the staff member persisted and tried to hand her over again! The whole matter has been dealt with so poorly. The manager refusing to acknowledge my emails and ignoring all calls. I had paid for another month prior to this and was told I would be refunded and this still hasnt happened, all communication has stopped despite me calling regularly and sending many emails to both Kelly & Amy- manager and deputy! Massive breach of safeguarding! Research your nurseries, your children are to precious to be in the care of people who just dont care at all! This shambolic event was whiteness by another member of public, who has gone out of her way to leave them a review on there Google business page (see attached photo)
