        Absolutely first class products and service. The amount of care taken in their service is something seldom seen today. Each item I've bought has been in perfect condition, beautifully packaged and tools even contain advice sheets to help you maintain and get the best from them.

        As soon I as opened my fret file package I knew I was in for a treat! The smell of wood oil was obviously applied by a craftsman with love and the workmanship is created with care. Cheers for making your creations so we can all at least have superior tools for our prized instruments ;)
