When we first enquired about selling our property, the team at Dwellings were responsive, professional and friendly. Our valuation was prompt and as we were priced right first time, we saw lots of interest very quickly. Dwellings were organised, fast and efficient in getting our viewings booked in. The photographer was excellent - highly skilled, highly considerate and great attention to detail. We were delighted with the superb quality of the photographs and 360 interactive tour. Dwellings fees are 75% cheaper than other agents and there really has been no compromise on the quality of service we received, if not even better than agents we have sold with previously! A fantastic service from Dwellings - give them a go and see for yourself.

Excellent service and always went the extra mile, even working outside of office working hours when required. Communication was great and facilitated by a WhatsApp group. The marketing of the property was amazing and sold in the same week and first viewing. Dwellings charges an extremely competitive fee for an excellent service. Definitely not your 9 -5 estate agents. Can highly recommend.
