People are far too quick to post negative reviews but following a recommendation from my neighbour, I contacted David O'Carroll to help with a remortgage. Not only did he work tirelessly to find me a great deal in a very difficult climate, but has helped massively with all aspects of the process since, often calling me to check on the progress of the legal side of things. For any mortgage queries in the future I won't hesitate to give him a call. In short, I couldn't recommend Dave highly enough.

Don't think about buying a house without David O'Carroll!! A friend recommended Great British Finance to us and we couldn't be more thankful! We literally couldn't have gone through this process without him. His local knowledge is awesome too which is a big plus for me. As first-time buyers with a million questions and a lot of worries, David's advice helped us every step of the way. He's friendly, down-to-earth, honest, reassuring and super quick to reply. We've just completed on our first house and David managed to get us a competitive rate, with terms that suited us best. We recently completed on our first home with the support of Great British Finance. I cannot thank David O'Carroll enough for his support and advice throughout. Great communication and always on the end of the phone or email to answer the million questions I had throughout.
