Not a good experience. I spent 420 for botox and filler (the first time I'd decided to have these). My filler had worn off after 2 days but I thought they'd follow up on my appointment 2 weeks later. They contacted me with no explanation saying they couldn't see me until 4 weeks after my original appointment despite me saying my filler had worn off. I've gone elsewhere since. Disgraceful service

I have visited The Clinic Burton six times since it opened and it has very quickly become my first choice for treatments whenever I am in need. I love the professionalism of the clinic, from the look and feel of the salon to the staff that work there. The staff are always very welcoming with the offer of a drink on arrival and the place is spotlessly clean. The main selling point for me however is the fact that the clinic is led by qualified plastic surgeons. This gives me more confidence in the knowledge of the staff, treatments, procedures and advice than visiting a beauty therapist led salon. I can't recommend highly enough!

My recent facial treatments with Katie have been wonderful, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
